RCAP Solutions provides services on a very competitive fee-for-service basis. We also help communities apply for and receive government and private sector grants and contracts, and we even provide some services at no charge to qualified communities with funds available through government and private grants and contracts which we administer.

Our efforts often have a ripple effect that leverages millions of additional dollars annually for the communities in which we work.
