Housing Assistance
– RCAP Solutions provides a comprehensive array of programs
which assist tenants in paying for their rent. These
subsidies provide rental support for tenants in privately
owned units. The tenants must be income eligible and the
units must pass program-specific housing quality standards
inspection.

RAFT–
The Residential Assistance for Families in
Transition (RAFT) program was started in 2004 and helps
families in arrears for rental assistance, mortgage assistance
or utility assistance

Present Year RAFT Funds Have Been Distributed
At this time we regret to inform you that our present year RAFT funds have been distributed. We are
however anticipating more RAFT funding in the near future but do not know an exact date when it will
become available. In the meantime we still encourage you to apply for funds. In the event you are found to
be eligible we will be able to process your application once funds have been replenished.

Work Force Development
– RCAP Solutions offers assistance to those going off public assistance,
fleeing domestic violence or those in entry level jobs that want to upgrade their skills. These include:

Supportive Services
– These are programs that help families in crisis, provide homelessness prevention counseling,
financial literacy counseling, landlord tenant mediation, housing and supportive services for
those fleeing domestic violence, first time homebuyers and property owners with services designed
